Meditation Matters is divided into the following pages for ease of use.
The BEGINNING page
All meditations on this page are for those new to meditation although for seasoned meditators it may have some new ideas to explore. There are 6 meditations, known as the Inner 6, six simple yet powerful meditations designed to help you connect with your inner calm and develop a deeper understanding of meditation. We recommend exploring each meditation to see how they feel. Once one resonates with you, try practising it regularly for two weeks to appreciate it's true benefit.

The BEYOND page
Where your meditation practice expands and deepens. The five meditations here are known as the Deeper 5. Each one unfolds over 6 to 8 weeks, allowing the practice to settle gently and reveal its subtler benefits over time.
Each theme opens a unique doorway into greater awareness, offering tools not only to steady the mind but to connect with the richness of your inner experience

The TOPICS Page
The Topics page is a resource for helping each individual understand the practise of meditation better. It was agreed by all at Meditation Matters having a resource like our Topics page would have been a welcome adjunct to their own learning. So we knew we had to include a topics page, shaping and informing each new meditator how meditation works. Also on this page is a FAQs page and a Coming Soon page, which will introduce new practices soon to be on the platform.
